Get ready for a weekend filled with powerful worship, inspiring teaching, breakout sessions, prayer & ministry, epic camp games, baptisms, late-night campfires, great food, & an amazing kids program. There’s also plenty of time to rest, have fun, & build deeper friendships along the way.

This year’s theme is “First Love” — & we’re praying for God to meet with us powerfully as we seek Him as our First Love together. We believe that as we come hungry & expectant, Jesus will meet each of us in personal & powerful ways.

We’re setting this time aside to seek God together, & we’re full of faith that the Holy Spirit will move again this year in new & unforgettable ways.

We believe camp is a place where people can encounter God, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their faith, and we don't want finances to stand in the way of anyone being part of that experience. If the cost of camp is a concern, please email info@localchurch.co to discuss how we are able to provide some assistance.

If you're only able to join us for the Friday–Sunday portion of camp, email us and we'd love to help make camp possible for you at a lower rate.

Location: Silver Lake Wesleyan Camp (cabins & bunkies provided – no tents needed!)
Here’s what’s included:
Accommodation & Meals: Cozy camp lodging and all meals are included in your registration – bring your appetite.
Worship & Teaching: We'll gather for powerful sessions with worship, inspiring teaching, and space for prayer and ministry.
Kids Program: Dedicated sessions for kids so parents can engage while the little ones have fun and grow in their faith.

→ Camp Survivor Games – get ready for some team-based fun!
Baptisms: We’ll be celebrating new life together at the lake on Sunday.
Campfires: Unwind with an evening fire or start your day with morning campfire devotions.
Free Time: Whether you want to swim in the lake, hang with others, play volleyball, explore the grounds, grab snacks at the tuck shop, or take a nap – there’s lots of space for that too.
Expect a mix of fun, faith, and friendship – and a weekend you won’t forget.
Camp will be held at Silver Lake Wesleyan Camp which is just over an hour west of Ottawa on Hwy 7.
We will be staying in Silver Lake accommodations. They have classic cabin rooms with bunks. You’ll be assigned your accommodation on site when you check in.
During our sessions, silver lake campground will have a children’s program for our kids! You can check them in 15min prior to each session starting, and check them out right after our sessions end.
There will also be a toddler room with dedicated childcare for kids 1-5yrs in the same building where we meet for all our sessions.
The fun doesn’t stop there either because there is a playground onsite, gagaball pit, a tuck shop with yummy treats, as well as a roped off area for the kids to swim!
Here are some items we'd recommend to bring:
- Clothing for all weather (think camp games, nights by the fire, cool nights & warm days)
- Swimsuit & floaties for kids
- Bible, journal/notebook & pen for sessions
- Water bottle & snacks. Meals & tea/coffee will be provided but you may want extra snacks for your room or to have by the campfire!
- Sunscreen
- Bug repellent
- Toiletries & towel
- Bedding & pillows
